McLean Kelly Our aim as mortgage advisors is to provide a client-focused quality service. We appreciate and understand that your mortgage is likely to be the largest financial commitment you will ever have to undertake in your life and we are committed to saving you money. During our initial meeting you will be issued with an Initial Disclosure Document (IDD) document called ‘Key Facts About Our Mortgage Services’, outlining the services we offer and the fees that may apply. Completion of a Fact Find is necessary in order to give appropriate advice on your mortgage and other related insurance products. We will seek to reduce the financial burden and provide sufficient protection for you and your family. |

Our role is to help you understand how a mortgage works and how control of the repayments is essential for prudent money management. We will give you an explanation of the repayment methods, the implications of taking on a mortgage and any associated fees that may apply, e.g. valuation, arrangement etc. We are able to source the whole market to identify the most suitable mortgage product for you. Once we have made our recommendations to you, you will receive a ‘Key Facts About This Mortgage’ illustration (KFI), which will provide you with information about any chosen mortgage products. Details of the loan will also be confirmed in your lender's formal offer. We will treat all your personal information as private and confidential (even when you are no longer a customer) except when the law requests it; when disclosure is made at your request; consent in relation to arranging your mortgage; when instructing a financial adviser. You have the right to inspect any documentation we hold in respect of our dealings with you. They will be kept confidential and in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act. Our aim is to provide you with a first-class professional and confidential service, however, should a complaint arise, you should contact our Complaints Department at our office address. Your letter will be acknowledged and we will then ask for the full details concerning your complaint. Following receipt of this we will update you on the progress of your complaint. Throughout our association with you, we are committed to giving you the highest standard of service and customer care, both before, during and after your mortgage completes. We look forward to being of service to you and thank you for the opportunity to review your current situation. |
