How it works for Mortgage and Non-investment Insurance Referrals

If you recommend someone who wants insurance (life, critical illness, buildings & contents, mortgage payment protection, ASU etc.) or any type of mortgage (including first time buyers or adverse credit) or to remortgage, you give them our hotline contact number: 0800 916 9886. The first point of contact has to come from the person who has been referred to us in order to comply with FSA regulation.

We will pay you an introducer fee following completion of the mortgage/insurance and payment from the mortgage lender/insurance company. Should a mortgage not go to completion, we will not pay a fee. It is rare for mortgages not to complete as we have a high conversion rate and are usually able to find a compatible lender for the customer's circumstances.

Become an introducer by recommending your family, friends, colleagues at work, someone you get talking to at the checkout, or on a plane etc. and you could earn a fantastic extra income. You could spend this extra income on Making Overpayments on your Mortgage (to reduce capital), a Holiday, New Car, Shopping Spree, New Kitchen/Bathroom or some other Luxury Item.

Scale of Payments

For 1-4 referrals per month we will pay £100 on each completed mortgage.
For 5-9 referrals per month we will pay £125 on each completed mortgage.
For 10 referrals per month and over, we will pay £150 on each completed mortgage,
PLUS a bonus of £150 for the tenth completed mortgage.
For 10 completed mortgages, you would receive an income of £1,650
In a year you could earn £19,800. Just think what you could do with this great income stream.

We also arrange Buy to Let Mortgages, Personal/Secured Loans, Commercial Loans, Bridging Finance, Overseas Property Finance and Debt Management. We regularly receive information for overseas property purchase. As commission levels vary on all the products listed in this section and insurance, referral payment amount would be discussed at time of referral.
